Overall had amazing stay for a wonderful vacation in 2018. The staff were excellent, ideal location to take the open air taxies by the ferry dock at Cruz Bay to the main beaches.

Had a great stay for a wonderful vacation in 2018, everything was excellent. The food was OUTSTANDING, with plenty of options. I loved uniquely decorated room with a shower and the staff were pleasant and exceptional.

The room was dated, think petit vintage but not in a charming way. I was the furthest from the pool, such a faux pas in a resort. It woudl ve been nice to have a complimentary gift or upgrade for all my troubles. Huge disappointment, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Perfect for Couples Seeking Relaxation
The staff treated us like family, very cute and always ready with a laugh or a quick chat. The beach area was perfect for snorkeling, and we loved the views from our room!
It wasn't exactly affordable, but honestly, worth every penny.

Gotta shout out the takeout scene. It's a quick stroll to Drink St John for sippin' and snackin'. The stellar grounds and fine views from the Ocean View Upper Suite made our meals a feast for the eyes too. Definitely a paradise for foodies!
While our room (11A) had some wear, the access to filtered water was easy and not a bother. Who needs luxury when you've got the beach right there?

The grounds are fine, and I could hear the ocean at night-pure bliss! We loved the well-stocked store on site. I found all my sundries without even leaving the resort.
The air conditioning in my suite took longer to cool than a stubborn lizard on a hot rock. It was like waiting for paint to dry in a sauna-very unideal!

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the vibrant local dining scene, and the snorkeling right off the hotel is fantastic. A well-stocked on-site store made it easy to grab breakfast essentials, including some delicious Irish soda bread. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the occasional spotty Wi-Fi was a bit frustrating. While the room was clean and functional, it felt outdated compared to the beautiful surroundings.

It was just a decent option for a day tour in Cruz Bay with good price value. The snorkeling right off the dock was fantastic, with coral and fish everywhere. Bring water shoes as the beach area has rocky spots.

This was my second time in cruz bay, and gallows point was so nice! The ocean view upper suite was fine with perfectly maintained grounds and easy access to snorkeling. It was a constant joy to relax by the new pool while soaking in the amazing sunset views.

The outdoor pool and the beautiful sun terrace provided perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun. Just a heads up, the fridge in our room had a bit of a hiccup at first, but they moved us quickly so it wasn't a bother at all 😄
